The Board of Directors (BOD) for MCC Hartford is made up of the Pastor (Moderator), the Vice-Moderator (President),
the Clerk (Secretary), the Treasurer and three (3) at-large members. The Board has full authority, subject to the direction(s)
of the congregational meetings, to direct and conduct the administrative and financial affairs of this church. It is the responsibility
of the Board to submit an annual budget; to collect and disburse funds; to keep adequate church records; to make and submit
District and Fellowship reports; to establish committees for the on-going ministry of the church and to direct their work;
to maintain the roll of Members and Friends of the Church; and to appoint a representative of the church where necessary or
desirable.
